Maggie Q is an actress of diverse talent, a humanitarian, an activist for animal rights, and an advocate of health for all.

Maggie is perhaps best known for her leading role on CW’s successful action series Nikita, the story of a rogue assassin who strives to take down the secret organization that trained her.

On the big screen, Maggie’s latest starring role is as the lead in the action-thriller Fear the Night, now in post-production. She is currently shooting the action-comedy The Family Plan alongside star Mark Wahlberg.

In March 2014, Maggie starred as Tori in Summit Entertainment’s box office hit Divergent, alongside Shailene Woodley, Kate Winslet, and Naomi Watts, and returned in Allegiant, which was released in March of 2016. She also starred as F.B.I Agent Hannah Wells on ABC’s drama Designated Survivor from 2016-2019, and provided the voice of Wonder Woman on the animated series Young Justice from 2012–19.

Additional film credits include Mission Impossible III, Deception, New York, I Love You, Balls of Fury, House of Harmony, Rush Hour 2, The Warrior and the Wolf Three Kingdoms: Resurrection of the Dragon, Dragon Squad, Naked Weapon, Gen-X Cops2, The Con is On, and Fantasy Island.

Maggie is a native of Honolulu, Hawaii and a world traveler. She is an animal and human rights activist who lends her support to PETA, Best Friends, WildAid, Kageno, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), Animals Asia Foundation, The DAVID Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, and The Human Project, a group committed to ending child abuse.

Maggie also works to bring health to all in partnership with Dr. Edison de Mello, whose gut health supplements company, ActivatedYou™, shares strategies for living healthier, happier lives. Maggie believes that human health is interdependent with animal well-being, and environmental sustainability, and she works to support and spread a new paradigm of interconnectedness through education.
