Culinary Center
Soon to debut in 2024, the Chinese Culinary Center at China Institute in America was created with a vision to highlight the diverse and long-standing heritage of authentic Chinese cuisine, and to enhance the appreciation of Chinese cuisine as a new conduit of cross-cultural exchange in America, and internationally.
Food is a universal language that connects cultures. The sharing of food has brought people together since the beginning of time. The new Culinary Center, which features an impressive, fully stocked professional kitchen, aims to establish a Michelin level of standard and excellence that are necessary to present the art and intricacies of authentic Chinese cuisine to the world. In this process, it will connect like-minded gourmets through specially curated programs and members events including regional dinners, wine & fine tea tastings, expert-led workshops and lectures, competitions, cuisine festivals, and more.
The grand opening of the 3000 ft2 Chinese Culinary Center at China Institute in downtown New York City will be held in 2024.
