Ruth Jin

Ruth Jin is the Leader of the Private Investment Funds practice at Moses & Singer LLP and is an experienced corporate and securities law attorney.  She has many years of experience representing clients ranging from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies and advising them through all stages of growth, from start-up to IPO. Her expertise includes venture fund formation, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. She has in depth understanding of legal issues in cross-border transactions. Ms. Jin has law degrees from Georgetown University, the University of Tokyo and Peking University, and is fluent in Chinese, Korean and Japanese. In addition, she is a trustee at Georgetown University Law Center Alumni Advisory Board, a trustee at China Institute, and an Executive Committee Member of C-Sweet.
