Tai Chi (In-Person)

Through a series of gentle movements, Tai Chi can greatly improve circulation, flexibility, and endurance. It is also a great way to relieve stress, tension, and aggravation accumulated from our busy daily life. This course teaches the philosophy and practice of Yang-style Tai Chi : a short form of sixty postures developed by Grandmaster William C.C. Chen.
