Vincent Mo

Vincent Tianquan Mo served and serves as the Chairman of four publicly traded companies including Hong Kong listed Shung Chuang Holdings Ltd., NYSE listed Fang Holdings Ltd., Nasdaq listed China Index Holdings Ltd., and Shanghai listed Chongqing Wanli New Energy Co., Ltd.

Born in 1964 in Guilin, China, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from South China University of Technology, a Master’s degree in Management from Tsinghua University, and a Master’s in Economics with Ph.D. candidacy from Indiana University Bloomington.

Mr. Mo has been active in social and academic fields. He is an advisory board member of SIPA of Columbia University, a trustee of New York Military Academy, a trustee of China Institute in America, an honorary board member of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management.
