Join us and meet renowned Chef and TV personality, Chef Martin Yan at China Institute in America for a special in-person signing event celebrating the publication of his latest cookbook, “The Best of Yan Can Cook”. This wonderful cookbook features, among many others, ten favorite recipes from four decades of the “Yan Can Cook” television show.
Chef Yan will also share his culinary expertise and amaze us with his famous technique of deboning a chicken in one minute!
The event is free to attend and copies of “The Best of Yan Can Cook” are available for purchase on site and signed by Chef Yan.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about the opening in June 2024 of our new Culinary Center. The Chinese Culinary Center at China Institute in America was envisioned to highlight the diverse and long-standing heritage of authentic Chinese cuisine, and to enhance the appreciation of Chinese cuisine as a conduit to fostering cross-cultural exchange through the international language of food.
