Jenny Kim Park, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Bank of America. She serves as the chief strategist for D&I focused programs, initiatives and policies that help drive Responsible Growth for the company. Jenny leads a team who supports enterprise-wide diversity initiatives, diversity conferences, strategic partner management and sponsorships, diversity awards and recognition, inclusion learning, diversity metrics and data reporting.
Cecilia Nelson-Hurt, the Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Heidrick & Struggles. She is responsible for leading the firm’s global diversity strategies and plays an integral role in shaping the organization’s culture, engagement and talent management initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Nathan Stein, Executive Director, Global Head of Operations, Communications, and Engagement for Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Stanley. In this role, Nathan oversees the global DEI function, leads a coordinated and strategic communication strategy internally and externally, and delivers a comprehensive engagement strategy through the Firm’s global employee networks.
