Business Programs Manager


  • Strategize and plan with Director of Programs to create robust public business education and cross culture public lecture programs
  • Identify and select subject topics and prepare instructional program material
  • Coordinate with lecturers and speakers to prepare and develop materials related to programs
  • Strategize and create annual Executive Summit, from concept and theme to speaker outreach for implementation and management of Summit
  • Coordinate China Institute-Serica US-China Next-Gen Leaders Circle and annual US-China Philanthropy Dialogue with Serica Initiative Director
  • Map out social media strategy to promote business programs and Executive Summit
  • Plan and implement bespoke VIP programs for Corporate Members
  • Manage business intern training program.


  • Master’s Degree in Education, Cross Culture Education, or Liberal Studies
  • Skills and knowledge of International Education, Chinese Culture, Classical Chinese Literature, World Economy

Salary:  $65k~$68k/yr.
