Lynn Chen-Zhang

Lynn Chen-Zhang, CFP®, CPA, MBA, MS, is the CEO of Zhang Financial, one of the nation’s leading Fee-Only Wealth Management Firms. She is a CFP® and a CPA. Ms. Chen-Zhang has received many awards and recognitions within the Financial Services industry. Most recently, she was named an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2024 Michigan and Northwest Ohio Award winner. She was also named to Investopedia’s list of the top 100 Most Influential Financial Advisors of 2023. In 2020, she was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by Invest In Others Charitable Foundation.

Ms. Chen-Zhang serves on many boards. She has been appointed by the Governor to the Michigan Health Endowment Fund Board. She is a trustee of WMU’s Board of Trustees and served as the President for two years (2021 & 2022). She is a board member of Bronson Health Group, the largest employer in the region. Lynn is also a member of the Economics Advisory Council for the Department of Economics at Columbia University and is a COUR Member (The Committee on University Resources) for Harvard University.

Ms. Chen-Zhang received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She also completed Executive Education programs at Columbia University and The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
