As a real estate developer, she has built 50,000 square feet of luxury homes in Palo Alto, Atherton, and Los Altos.

Gloria was born in Beijing, raised in Hong Kong, and moved to the U.S. in 1998. Her Master’s in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and media finance experience with Disney, NBC, and CBS makes her an astute counselor on the financial aspects of home investment. Having lectured on pricing at Columbia University, Gloria offers deep analytical insights into buying or selling homes and brings in expert networks for tax and financial planning.

Gloria cares deeply about causes for children and education. She volunteers at her twin boys’ school, and served as a CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocate) for a 16-year old foster girl for 2 years until her emancipation.
