From a five-time Chinese Gold Medal Gymnastic Champion to Hollywood Producer, Bing’s life story is as amazing as any of her films. She is one of the most fascinating Chinese American personalities today, whose multi-faceted talents and outstanding achievements are truly inspirational.

Born in Beijing, Bing started training in gymnastics at age six and would later go on to dominate with five gold medals in women’s gymnastics. She was then asked to join China’s first synchronized swimming team on which she again went on to win gold.

Bing’s next stop took her to Hong Kong, where her beauty and athletic talents led her to act in fifteen movies as a Kung Fu action star. Her passion and leadership ability led her to film production and the founding of entertainment company DMG.

As Chairwoman of DMG, Bing brought her talent and expertise to Hollywood global blockbusters such as Iron Man 3, Looper, and a collaboration with James Cameron on a special 3D release of his classic TERMINATOR 2 Judgement Day. In 2018, she was instrumental in acquiring the last of the three comic book superhero universes, Valiant Entertainment, which is one of the most successful publishers in the history of comic books with more than 90 million issues sold and a library of over 2,000 superhero characters.

In 2020, Bing launched the first cinematic Valiant character in the film BLOODSHOT, starring Vin Diesel. Her next film is Valiant’s Harbingers which will be produced with Paramount Pictures. Together with her husband Dan Mintz, who is also a filmmaker, producer, and co-founder of DMG Entertainment, Bing has worked with a variety of talented actors including Robert Downey Jr., Johnny Depp, Anthony Hopkins, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Morgan Freeman, and Bruce Willis.
